The Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County held its inaugural Dinosaur Institute black-tie fundraiser, and Firefly was commissioned to create the event’s visual effects.

Firefly researched the intricate movements of the dinosaurs and the vegetation of the period to generate an authentic animation.

The fossils displayed in front of the curved screen presented a unique challenge. Projectors were placed strategically on each side of the room, and the guests were transported to prehistoric times through image-blending and mapping.
